Those experiencing mental or emotional issues typically require specialist support in the form of a counsellor, psychologist or psychiatrist. As a professionally trained coach, I am not a specialist in these areas, and only work with those who are mentally and emotionally robust.
In taking me on as your coach, you acknowledge that you are mentally and emotionally well. Should you be unsure of whether coaching is for you, please let me know and we can discuss whether it is appropriate or whether another professional may be more suited to helping you.
Coaching is also NOT for those who want to be told what to do, are not open to change, and are not prepared to take action.
