Why choose a Master Certified Coach?

By choosing a credentialed coach you know you are working with a coach who has coach specific training and understands and can deliver the structure of a powerful coaching conversation. Coaching is not counseling, therapy, consulting, training. It is about having someone available to you to learn with about you and the areas you want to focus on.

When working with a masterful (MCC) coach you will notice how easily you will tackle difficult conversations and enjoy insightful, intuitive coaching sessions. You can be sure that the MCC has been tried and tested by other global MCC coach assessors to meet exacting standards of operation of their business as well as delivering high impact sessions and service. Your MCC coach has the skills and commitment to help you delve deeper and more meaningfully into the areas you want to focus on. The MCC to achieve that level of credential has demonstrated a commitment to clients, the profession and ongoing personal development and training.
