What do people usually work on with a coach?

Everyone is different. Goals that clients set might be around growing or changing their business or career, developing their leadership style, health and fitness, creativity, relationships. In my first sessions I help people clarify what it is they are looking to change and set goals around that.

Usually there is one area that has more ‘energy’ around it and often will take a good share of coaching time. However, it is an important part of my coaching to ensure a holistic approach is taken. To this end I encourage clients to set 2 or 3 big, exciting and inspiring goals in different parts of their life.
