- Certified Master Practitioner Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Coach Training and Credentials
I hold the International Coach Federation (ICF) Credential of ‘Professional Certified Coach’ . This means I have delivered over 2000 hours of one-on-one coaching, and have undertaken over 200 hours of coach-specific training as prescribed by ICF. As a member I also adhere to code of ethics of ICF.
I am also a Results Certified Coach accredited by Results Coaching Systems (RCS) a leading global coach training organisation. They are an international Sydney-based coach training organisation with over 1,000 trained and accredited coaches worldwide. I am an RCS coach trainer, assessor and mentor.
I have successfully completed extensive coach training aligned with the International Coach Federation's core coaching competenices. I operate my own coaching practice according to ICF Code of Ethics.
NLP Training
I am a certified Master Practitioner in NLP trained by Transformations International Consulting & Training Ltd, Christchurch , New Zealand, trained by Dr Richard Bolstad.
Other personal strengths
Running marathons and triathlons has also provided me with great insight into personal motivation and pushing boundaries.

There is something magical about facing your fears
While living in Thailand I discovered I had some very impressive neighbours – a family of elephants. This is where I put my fear aside and introduced myself to the matriarch! Like coaching, it was a truly uplifting experience!
