Habits
As human beings, every day we do things through habit. Habits of course are very useful, otherwise we would have to consciously learn the same things (like drive a car) each day. The power in habits is ensuring that your habits are useful to you. Your coaching will help you identify unhelpful habits, identify new empowering habits, and work to make them permanent and powerful.
